If you work with documents on a daily basis, Readiris will make everything much easier and more convenient. From scanning documents to sending them to a co-worker, you can perform a wide range of operations with nothing more than a few simple clicks. It's an all-in-one toolbox which replaces various stand-alone-tools, so you don't have to keep countless programs installed on your computer. Whether you want to annotate your documents, stamp or sign them, convert them or share them, you will find that everything is much easier with this piece of software.

The software is free to try for a few days, without any serious functionality restrictions. It is compatible with all modern Windows systems, and it doesn't ask for any special tools or services. You can run the program right away, without sacrificing too many resources.

Once you import a PDF onto Readiris' user interface, you can have a look at everything the software has to offer, in the form of options, located on a series of ribbon menus. These options allow you to make all sorts of annotations on your PDF's pages, define new zones for text, images and other elements, adjust the pages themselves and more. What's more, the software comes with a built-in OCR tool, so you can extract text from scanned documents and pictures.

The software supports various file types, besides PDF files. You can also work with MS DOCX and XLSX documents, as well as other file types. What's more, the software is capable of converting your files between these formats, so if you need to send a contract in a certain format, you will be able to convert it in just a few seconds. When it comes to actually sending the file, you can do it through various services, like Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, Evernote and others.

Regardless of how many documents pass through your hands each day, Readiris will help you control the entire flow without any kind of difficulties.

Pros

You can perform a wide range of operations on your documents. The software comes with its own OCR engine. It works with numerous document formats, including PDF, DOCX and XLSX.

Cons

There are no obvious drawbacks to address.
